Team Expectations

Attendance

● Dancers are expected to attend all scheduled practices, performances, and team events.

● Excessive absences may affect performance opportunities and team placement.

● Parents must notify coaches as soon as possible if a dancer will be absent.

● Dancers should arrive on time and prepared for every practice and event.

● Repeated tardiness may result in disciplinary action.

Dress Code

● Dancers must wear designated practice attire
● Hair should be secured and dancers should maintain a neat appearance.

Respect

● Dancers, parents, coaches, and team members must treat one another with respect at all times.
● Bullying, gossip, disrespectful behavior, or inappropriate language will not be tolerated.

Social Media

● Team members and parents are expected to represent Precision Dynasty positively on social media.
● Negative posts, comments, or public disputes involving the team may result in disciplinary action.

Performance & Participation

● Performance positions are earned through attendance, effort, attitude, and skill development.
● Coaches reserve the right to make all final decisions regarding choreography, formations, solos, duos, trios, and performance opportunities.

Parent Expectations

● Parents are expected to support dancers, coaches, and team policies.
● Concerns should be addressed respectfully and privately with coaching staff.
● Parents should not interrupt practices unless directed by a coach.

Financial Responsibility

● All fees, uniforms, costumes, and other required payments must be paid by designated deadlines.
● Failure to remain financially current may affect participation eligibility.

Discipline

Failure to follow team policies may result in warnings, temporary suspension from activities, loss of performance opportunities, or dismissal from the team.
